By creating an account or using StockPot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
StockPot is a household kitchen management app that helps you track pantry items, manage recipes, plan meals, and generate grocery lists. The service includes a free tier and an optional paid subscription (StockPot+).
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use StockPot.

StockPot may issue promotional codes that grant trial access or other benefits. Promo codes are subject to the following conditions:
StockPot allows you to use your device camera to scan recipe text from photos. Text recognition is performed entirely on-device using machine learning (ML Kit). No images or scanned text are transmitted to external servers as part of this feature. Camera access requires your explicit permission via the operating system.
StockPot uses universal links on the getstockpot.com domain for household invites, authentication callbacks, and recipe sharing. By using these features, you acknowledge that tapping a StockPot link may open the app directly. If the app is not installed, the link will open in your browser.
Household owners can invite members via invite codes. All household members share access to the household's pantry, recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists. The household owner may remove members at any time. Removed members lose access to shared household data.
You retain ownership of all content you create in StockPot (recipes, pantry items, meal plans, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the StockPot service.
By inviting someone to your household, you confirm that you have their consent to share household data with them. Each household member is responsible for their own use of the shared data.
We strive to keep StockPot available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
StockPot is a kitchen organization tool, not a food safety authority. You acknowledge and agree that:
StockPot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to food safety incidents, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for StockPot+ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of StockPot will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of creating your account.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of StockPot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
